That's really a very good workout, I like it.

As already mentioned, RM would not accept a subdivision but there is indeed enough space for a military faction which focuses on protecting the south-western borders.
And especially in the light of the war with Liberty it makes sense that the raw mineral locations getting heavy protection: No raw materials, no warships I would say.
