The following main reasons led to this decission:

• Once again you've not exact specified your cargo.
  A commodity summary like "Ores" and "other products not on your restricted/contraband list" is not enough.
  
• As result of the Bretonia conflict and a request of the Rheinland Verkehrspolizei the origin and destination information for the Barge license are tightened.
  That's means for you, you have to specify the station and (the respective course) you want to trade within Rheinland.
  This information will be used for statistics, patrol and escort concepts and the traffic regulation.
  

Furthermore: The entry for the Hathor will now be removed from the Rheinland Barge Registry and will be readded, when your request get's approved.
