Hello Ms. Foster. I'll be brief and to the point. We've had issues with mercenaries lately, and need these issues to... stop. By any means necessary. Basically, I'm hiring you to gather evidence for us of mercenaries engaged in illegal activities. Mercs collecting bounties on Liberty law enforcement is the primary offense we're looking for, but any breach of Liberty's laws should be noted. We're offering you three million credits per law-breaking merc you catch, no repeats (you can't bring evidence on the same merc twice). Bear in mind that what you get has to stand up in a court of law, so make damn sure it's airtight and incontrovertible. Also be prepared to testify in court if called upon to do so; make sure you're on your best behavior out there, we don't want any slick defense attorneys casting doubt on your methods in front of juries.

As I'm informed you're trustworthy, this is just for you. We have precious few people we can trust anymore. Do not fail us. And remember that you will be recompensed for assisting Liberty law enforcement that is in trouble. Prices to be discussed later, on this channel, if you do so against mercenaries.
