I think you'll run into a great deal of trouble having threads regarding objects landed or built on a planet deleted under the auspices of a claim of power-gaming your planet, your planet which has a growing canonical Bretionan and Corsair presence.

For instance, if I were to claim a Slaver's Union Installation on Baden Baden, the OSC and the RFP might dislike the fact that it exists, but not have the right to say that they exert unilateral control over the planet, and therefore my placing such a base there is a direct assault on their RP.

The fact that New London is a BPA tagged world, that Manhattan is LPI, that Malta is Outcast, does not grant them the right to claim that any rp established about other factions owning shops or running operations on that world is powerplay. That is frankly ridiculous, given the size of a world, and furthermore, Bowex and the Zoners are not enemies, they are business partners. We're not rping an assault, we're opening up a shop.

Or does every entrepreneur seeking to establish a business on a Zoner installation bring a case before the Zoner Council?
Do parliaments and congresses hand out commissions for local businesses?
For that matter, the background of the bar is that land near a spaceport was bought, likely from Zoner citizens, on land in a rather decrepit area of the city. Bought and established by a private citizen, the way, for instance, a Libertonian might set up a franchise clothing shop on, oh...Freeport Two, Freeport Four, Ames, or anywhere else. The statement that it was bought carries with it a sense of legality, rather than, for instance, blackmailed out of the Zoners, or stolen from them. Papers were signed, money exchanged, and then invested in the local economy.

You know what? Read my first post in this thread. I am sure I hinted that you could continue to RP in that thread, I just asked that you do it outside the bar. I also clearly hinted that we aren't going to not allow the bar to be there.

All that is being asked is that you contact the owning faction before you do stuff like this, get our point of view on it. Plus, we are role playing our part. Role play yours.
