Another storta ? PLEASE don't...

Even if you do, there are too many anyway

you can 'guard' malta, or you can head on down to 23, though, I wouldnt recommend that.

*chuckles in an evil way*

However, if you play it right, I dont doubt that there's lots of things to do with one, a destroyer can house lots of technology, research labs, and so on, lots of possibilities.
