I'm looking for a banner to use around these forums. I'm a new recruit in the Bretonia Police Authority so I was looking for a banner with I guess a Bretonian ship flying in Bretonian space. In addition, I'd like to have these two pictures (either one or both) and have it faded in somehow. I don't know. You guys are the experts. You guys can make it sexy.

I'd like it to say Constable Lily Devereaux somewhere on it and some sort of BPA indication.
