You might want to take a look at Rheinlands Arbeitergewerkschaft (AGS-) which also includes the official Unioner faction. We are few, but we are around. And we are always looking for people to fly with us.

As for the Unioner RP, you might want to check out this post and this thread which should give you some general hints.
