Both Groups are low, Both the Miners who F1 to get away from Pirate, and the Pirates who F1 in Fields just to have "Easy Cash". (Although I kinda understand the Pirates who F1 to catch the Miner who had F1ed on them, But using it to pirate the Miners who never F1? Nope.)
After all, as I said, We don't have Cloaks in Discovery for a Reason! Then this Hessian GB appears 1k from me and spams a preset which makes me laugh! "Disabling cloaking device!" ... Ye, nice RP, Kudos!
I've Mined for a Long time, Nearly since I joined the Server, and have checked every single Mining Field to choose the best one. I've been Pirating the Miners as well, And I had an advantage over most other Pirates... I could see the things from the Miners' perspective, so they had a really smaller chance to run away. I knew every tricks they knew, and possible ways to counter it.
But there is a difference between me and you Reacher. You demand a Whole Cargo of Ore and then boast on Forums about how you got a Cap8 from Pirating Miners... I just demand them to sing a song...
And you know what's the problem with this "Difference"? I call it, "Different Point of Views", You call it "Right and Wrong"... Thats why I get Kudos from the ones I pirate, and you get Flame threads. Because I go on my Pirate to have Fun, You go on your Pirate to get another Cap8.
Yea, Cause I don't want my buddy Community Member gettin sanctioned for something which is easily avoidable if done in a more 'Fair' manner;)

Some people like to trade. I liked to pirate, but I've learned my lesson. I pirated so much that I'm sitting on more money than I can handle, and now I find the idea of piracy quite boring.
But for when I do pirate: my original statement, from back when Boss & Kurosura started me on my little campaign of violence, still stands: I will treat miners no worse than the way smugglers are treated.
