2).Backround: LeBlanc's family's story is somewhat shady. A noble French family bribed the Captain of the "Bretonia" sleeper ship to let them embark. To this day, the LeBlancs are one of the few families still fluent in French, as a respect to their origins. Nonetheless, the LeBlancs financed several institutions on Cambridge to help develop industries and researches. Unfortunately for them, most of their ownings were destroyed in the Cambridge bombing caused by the Phantoms, which murdered millions of people and left a large portion of the land inhabitable. Not losing hope in the least, Walter moved to Leeds to live with his Uncle, he witnessed the consequences of a thriving black market and of an organised corruption. Firmly believing that a single man can cause a change, and that change begins at home, Walter applied for the BPA academy.
