DarkStriker can you submit that ship as heavy support transport ship? Little Bigger on size then BWT and PTransp with around 10 guns, good hull stats and many bots and bats- but with not much cargo - max 1500. Something like second word war Q-ship to be used as escort convoy ship. I know that we have Ctransps but they are not so effective agaist pirates due their big cargo hold.
Ship with less cargo and more space for weapons and bigger power core is needed nowadays a lot. There are more and more pirates and the Traders post Q_Q topics everyday. With such a ship they could have less profit for more security.
The idea is around sometime ago but till now nobody has made a proper ship model for this. I will post some links:

Official faction players that are often accused of elitism, never deploy them and have those weird, immersion killing "fair fight/dueling" suicidal hobbies. (yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
