Decent thinking but it does not serve a large function. I don't care how much hull you have not having a shield is a bad thing. Besides we have those new house themed super transports on the way I believe.

New ships need to fulfill major roles that are lacking. I am currently working on concept sketches for a general pirate bomber (mollies/rouges) and Rhiendland battle cruiser. Both of these ships are guaranteed regular use. For bank I use a repair ship. Banks don't typically leave a home system.
