This is a priority one alert, all LPI vessels should be on the lookout for an escaped convict known as Marco Sera. Charges include breaking and entering, robbery, and murder. He is extremely dangerous. Last seen flying a stolen Starflier, though he was seen flying towards Bethlehem. It should be noted that he has an addiction to cardamine. Could be anywhere in Liberty. Proceed with caution.
