Be aware that your bounties have not been aproved by the Kusari Empire, as you have not request an approval. We don't mind if you want to bounty the Outcast, but we do mind you are luring un-registered mercenaries to work illegaly in Kusari, and that's not something that we want, so I'll make it clear:

Those who want to collect a bounty on the outcast, must respect the terms of the Kusari Empire for allowed contractors, which you can find here. Any contractor not following our rules, will be submitted to a punishment of our choice.

The bounty on the Kaizoku group must to be discussed wihtin the Council of the Rising Sun, until we get to a decision about it, I order you to dismiss it immediately. If you want to place a bounty on any ship within our space, you discuss it with us, don't try to go above our authority.

Any pilot collecting a bounty on a ship not listed as Criminal by the Kusari Empire, will be submitted to a punishment of our choice.
