[color=#FF6666]Konnichiwa,

My name is Ryu Hekagi. I am the spokesman of Nakatomo Corporation, Kusari Department. We understand that our security wing was grounded durring investigations. This is bad for business but at least we can share what we saw. First of all, this is not a public contract so SMP officials can't make it public without a green light from us.

Now, I do believe we're registered on the Kusari Commerce Office. If not, this should be a mistake from our part and we are ready to fix it as soon as possible. The Nakatomo Corporation is a multinational trading agency. We contacted traders from multiple corporations and offered them a better job and security. We now have ships registered as IMG, Kishiro, Interspace Commerce and even DSE. We started this project way before the war and that's why we have some IMG members. We were about to contact more bretonian corporations when the conflict started so we stopped all our agreements with them. Now we are trading with the IMG, Liberty and Rheinland corporations and recently the Council from the New Discovered House of Gallia offered us some trade routes.

About our contract with the SMP, we hired them because in 1 month, we lost SEVEN transports because of different pirates. While in Rheinland and Liberty we had no problems, in Kusari and in the Taus we had the most looses. I don't know why the Hogosha attacked our ships. No one knows. They claim to be honest citizens but when they attack transports, they show something else. A copy of the contract will be provided here.

Quote: [color=#FFFFFF][font=System]1. Societe Militaire Privee (hereafter called Contractor) agrees to provide the following products and services to Nakatomo Corporation (hereafter called Client):

A. Guarding: Contractor will guard the mining areas where the ships of the Client are operating:
1). Tau-23 Mining fields
2). Tau-37 Mining fields
<strike>3). Dublin IMG Mining fields</strike>

B. Intelligence: Contractor will design a list with all the possible threads. This list will be updated once a week. Client will be responsible for duplicating the list, sending it out to the membership.

C. Escorting: Whenever the Client requestes, the Contractor will provide escort services.
D. Contractor will engage and destroy all the ships identified as:
1). Outcast
2). Golden Chrysanthemum
3). Blood Dragon
4). Farmers Alliance*
5). Hogosha*
6). Colonial Freedom Front*
7). Molly
8). Queen Carina's Privateer*
9). Bretonian Buccaneer
10). Gaian*
11). Corsair
12). Union Corse
13). Junkers*
14). Unaffiliated pirates

[font=Book Antiqua][color=#FFCC99]<span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:100%]* Only if the said vessels are attempting to pirate traders or miners. Attempting to pirate is known as: Disrupting trade lanes, fireing cruise disruptors, requesting money from traders in exchange of protection.

2. Client agrees to:
A. Pay a weekly fee of 10.000.000 $C for guarding duty (based on guarding reports).
B. Pay Contractor a fee not to exceed 2.000.000 $C for every updated list.
C. Pay a 4.000.000 $C fee per escort trip.
D. Pay a fee variating between 1.000.000 $C and 5.000.000 $C as follows:
1). 1.000.000 $C for every fighter (Light fighter, Heavy fighter, Very heavy fighter) or bomber destroyed.
2). 2.000.000 $C for every transport vessel destroyed.
3). 3.000.000 $C for every Liner/Frigate/Gunboat/Yacht destroyed.
4). 4.000.000 $C for every destroyer/cruiser/battlecruiser destroyed.
5). 5.000.000 $C for every battleship/dreadnought destroyed.

3. Either Party may terminate this agreement with thirty days' written notice. If the agreement is terminated, Contractor will present Client with a statement of account showing all fees paid to that time, and itemizing work performed. If work performed exceeds fees paid to date, Client will pay Contractor for such work. If fees paid exceed work performed to date, Contractor will return unearned fees to Client.

[font=Arial Narrow][color=#FF6666]So that's it. Now do what you want but we need our security wing back in space.
