Greetings Admiral Hale,

My name is Rose Ortega and you may have heard of me. Where to start? Times are changing. I worked for everyone who payed but it seems that employers are now more concerned about my previous jobs and my history. So it's time to find a long-term employer. You may have be suprised but your name came first to my mind. I heard good things about you. Paying in time, honorable and even more. But that's just one thing Mr. Hale. As I said I have been working for everyone. That pushed me to situation where I was forced to attack Liberty lawful vessels. So one day I said myself: "How long it will take until I end up in prison." and I decided it's time to payback. Yeah I know it can sound pretty weird but I'm willing to change.
