Admin Notice: Bounty System Overhaul

I have about... 7 Reaver Mercenary characters, am I required to keep all seven character reputations in line every time our reputation shifts? Am I not trusted to stay off the bases of the dudes I'm shooting? Or am I allowed to simply CD the friendly NPCs of a target when I engage?

I think you we can trust. Problem is to many right now attack ...say..... Liberty navy ships right in front of missouri,or mississippi,and low and behold, the BS's do not shoot them.How odd,as they should be hostile if shooting navy. Alot of good players do CD,and make NPC's hostile,but even more do not right now,and if you say anything they screem they are neutral to Navy,even when shooting a player who is navy.
I think i love these rules,and thank the admin team greatly. This should make life a little easier without green ships suddenly yelling "you bounty,i kil you now" PEW PEW.
