I understand its a server rule. However, it doesn't make sense to make yourself hostile to a faction before you did anything to them.

So it would be ok if a killer comes to your house and waits for you to I dunno sit down and relax before he can choke you to death until you start to bleed from your eyes.

It's 818AS, if you show up on the place where you are going to kill someone same day or whatever, you will get arrested or blown up inRP, OORP of course, you can dock where ever the hell you want.

Actually why do I even bother, enjoy in Q_Q-ing.
