Greetings esteemed Gentlemen and Ladies.

Now, first off, I do understand that some of you may dislike the others, but we have a greater issue at hand.

Over the recent past we have been getting increasing reports regarding highly increased amounts of activity around Freeport 11. Now, we Zoners love keeping that station open to all to use as a resting area and a place of refuge from the harsh conditions of the Omicrons. We also do enjoy that the company we allow on board and cater to can be from all these factions at once, and can manage to coexist on board. Yet, in space is a different story.

More and more have I been receiving reports regarding anywhere from minor altercations to full on fleet engagements happening with the No-Fire Zone that we Zoners have established at all Freeports. This NFZ is to provide a safety barrier in which we may be able to protect these sanctuaries that are available for all. Yet, the more often people violate it, the more often we will have to take actions.

Mind you, these actions are not done without warrant. Just this past month alone, Freeport 11 has sustained minor hull breaches and shields drains due to stray ordinance from these fights. Almost every single hit that Freeport 11 has sustained, only counting Human fired shots, has come about because of a fight happening within the NFZ.

Now, each of you in your respective high commands, I am not telling you how to fight your wars or whom to fight with. We in the ZDF wish to provide a safe atmosphere for all, while protecting the zoner way of life. Please, get a grip on those under your commands. Remind them of the regulations regarding ALL freeports, not just FP11. If more of these engagements occur, and more damage is accrued by the Freeports, I will be making a formal recommendation to the Zoner Alliance to start restricting access to these safe havens by those perpetrators. Please, do not make me file those reports, I rather enjoy your companies.

May we have some civility amongst the uncivilized parts of space.
