Personal Log: Virus; under Phantom protection.

It has been a few weeks that I have been able to resist Virus' impulses to do this, but what must be done... Must be done. I guess I'm to update what has happened since our last log.

I have been on the run from the Rheinland Military, and a couple of others. The Phantom Empire has given me protection, even a home. Even though it may be temporary. I have become what Virus might call... Friends... With DarkStar, leader of the Phantom Empire. He is... Remarkably likable for a human. I wish I had taken him over this human. But alas, what's done is done.

The Rheinland Chancellor has gone missing. The AW has defeated the Chancellor who had the Old Chancellor forced into exile somehow. Now, the AW has retreated back to their own space, and Krieg, a fleet admiral of the RM has taken complete military power over Rheinland until the Chancellor is either found dead, or brought home alive. He isn't doing such a bad job so far.

There is, howeve, a new threat to the balance of the Sirius sector. A group called the Unknowns. They are a rather lowly group of pirates who happen to have gotten their hands on six Heugenot cruisers. They do not fight fair battles, instead, they bulldoze the opposition with a large force. Though, it seems that the houses are planning massive counter attacks on the Unknowns, and I assume will take any and all oppurtunities to destroy their cruiser fleet.

I also understand that the Phantom has been offered the opportunity to join their ranks. Thankfully, DarkStar decided to remain neutral to them.
