Greetings Guild master.

First I'd like to state that this desk which attempts to bind me to it quite often, tends to be rather unsuccessful at times. I myself have a vessel in which is my personal craft. I use it quite often to keep the peace around Freeport 11. Furthermore, I am no child of ignorance and naivet? in the ways of warfare.

Nevertheless fine Guild master, I do appreciate you taking your time to address this message personally. Yes, if a person flees into said NFZ, it is on their head what happens to their own ship, and the damaged accrued to the station.

Yet, I would not be contacting the Guild's High Command unless I myself have personally witnessed various Core vessel not only instigating encounters within the NFZ, but also initiating them also. Mind you, I have looked over those exceptions as covered by the Zoner Alliance charter. I did at one point have evidence to this fact, but parts of our data storage cores have been lost to an unknown technical glitch. So, you will have to take my word on this matter, however valuable you may come to appraised as such.

Guild master, with all do respect, I understand that the majority of your guild understand the laws in which us Zoners place for the betterment of all. I have a high respect for the guild as well. Yet, it truly is those few whom cause problems, that ruin it for all. All I ask is that you please remind those whom operate with the spheres of any Freeport about our plight, and we will do our best to maintain the peace.

Thank you for your time. I look forward to a response should one be warranted.

Greetings Captain Ishida,

At first, I would like to commend you and give you my deepest thanks for all those reports you have sent to the ZDF command regarding the NFZ violations. I have taken note of your involvement in keeping the peace, and I appreciate it.

With the deepest respect to both the 101st of the Outcasts, and you as a pilot, I would like to remind you that the ZDF is doing an exceptional job so far in patrolling the various Freeports. Yes, sometimes there is a lapse in the patrols that causes a decrease in security, but we cannot be everywhere at all times. We must do the best we can, with what we have.

We appreciate the Outcast willingness to assist in the matter of protecting these stations and a place of rest for all. Yet, there is always to very few that will cause problems for the many. I am not accusing any member of the 101st as being breakers of the NFZ. Yet, there are some outcasts who either do not know regarding these regulations we have established, or willingly choose to disobey them. I would rather like the believer the former.

With all due respect to both the Outcasts and you, I would ask that you remind those other Outcasts, whom may be either ignorant or naive to our regulations, of the code of conduct regarding the Freeports.

Once again I apologize for the lapse in Zoner security around our installations. I thank you for your time and your response to the original message. I will look forward to a response if one is so warranted.

Ravenor out!
