"Admiral Hale, your concerns are understandable, but I find this transmission somewhat hypocritical on your part. You know as well as anyone that your secondary fleet captains are no more under your control than ours are, and it is foolhardy to request that we do something when you will not act first."

"Our two organizations have worked together in Alaska on numerous occasions to deal with Nomad threats, we know full well that the bulk of your fleet is occupied with the Rheinland war and in most cases your stations in Alaska and even New York are unable to defend themselves against these alien assaults."

"With such occupations, it seems curious to me that these secondary fleet members you claim to have such strict control over continually show up on "our side of the fence" as it were - we see Liberty Battleships, Carriers, and Cruisers in Omicron Minor and Omicron Delta on a daily basis, which seems to refute your claim that they have orders to not fly in those areas."

"The agreement that was established between our organizations years ago will still stand. Alaska is not solely yours, and we will refrain from interfering with your operations and stations there so long as you agree to keep your ships out of our space. The TCG will be dealt with for instigating this situation, I assure you, but I will not sit by while your ships which you claim have orders to stay out of Minor continually break into our space and fire upon our vessels."

"You make threats with battlefleets, I assure you that you do not want to know what will happen if you follow through with those threats. Keep your men in line, and we will do the same. Fail to do so, and both of us will have a problem neither wants."
