Pirates vs RP?

I've run into all kinds. And I mean All kinds.

Traders - Kinds that run when you only ask them 100,000. Kinds that do not cut all power to engines when you warn them to, yet are in the best position to kill them. Kinds that do not answer you, or simply say "What? Huh?" and keep going.

Pirates - Kinds that literally sit there and say "Two million please." And I'll respond in all due course, say "Why two million? What are you gonna do if I don't pay? Hell, who are you anyway?" But there'll be kinds who refuse to answer, who press "Two million." Then start counting down from ten, too fast to make any transaction.

It's pretty much why I love my Freelancer Tridente. I run into a pirate, and either one of three things happen: 1 - We engage in chit chat then part our separate ways. 2 - The pirate beats feet or just tries to get me to leave. 3 - The pirate tries to pirate me anyway and I cream him in self defense. But chances are it's either 1 or 2.
