So let me get this straight...

Admiral Hale asked the Order (a faction which he is at war with and seeks to destroy? Or just shoot sometimes for no particular reason? Or what?) to keep out of Alaska, so that the navy and LSF can do... what ever secret stuff they do there with nomads... and the Order high command said:

"YEss sah! We will shoot our own ships if they go there! But we are really commited to our.... uh... cause.. or what ever we think we are doing..."

And then the Cinsinatus guard said...

"Why? Isnt there some reason we are in Alaska for?"

And thne the OHC said:

"We gonna do what Hale says because he's an adm... er... admiral of a faction that is trying to destroy us and doing ultra-sneaky stuff with nomads in Alaska... one jump from NEw YOrk... and we like.. gonna do what he asks cause we care so much about what the adm... iral says, and that THC has been annoying our nomad chars too!"

And then the THC said...

"not really"

And then the OHC said:

"then pew pew pew"

And the THC said:

"NO U!!"

And then they OHC made a trial and the adm... idmiral(s) sanctioned the THC?

Is that the right way to understand this?
