Pirates vs RP?

Today in Omega 7 we killed 3 mining-ships.
1rst refused to donate.Tried to slowly thrust away while we tried to RP, then he tried to cruise away.
2nd F1ed when we said hallo
3rd came from F1 right after we finished the second one he saw us and F1ed.

There is no point to report them because admins receive 243453434 Reports per day.If I report all rule beakers I would need to submit 10-20 reports per week-
All this was without any rp behind.We looted 7 k ore. I guess that if all 3 of them were rping a bit we would have 1500-2000 ore and they the rest. It is trader/miner choice after all.
May be there is a way to improve it - harsh way but it will work for sure- factions only big transports and miners. I see it the only way to improve it because the people of who I speak don't read the forum.

Official faction players that are often accused of elitism, never deploy them and have those weird, immersion killing "fair fight/dueling" suicidal hobbies. (yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
