Eh, I could be wrong, and they could be inactive, but I do see them on from time to time... or at least, I did. Still, the essence of my point stands; it's awfully rude to just take the name of an established, albeit unofficial, faction. Maybe not illegal, but rude nevertheless.
What's wrong with giving them a poke, asking if they're still active and if the name could be used? You know... a lil' courtesy. Never hurt anyone.
Then again, talking about courtesy in this community is like talking about courtesy with a Somalian pirate. :$
