The way the GRN| has been handling the corse has worked pretty fine so far. Judge them faction by faction. LaBrise has slipped up a few times, hence they're being watched and certainly will not be allowed to land on Naval bases. If they're caught red handed whilst blowing up a lawful or civilian, or perhaps talking bad about the crown, the whole situation changes.

The [UC] are pretty much shoot on sight. They've been in skirmishes against us and the royal police several times, so no docking and moving about freely for those.

Mike, the issue is not what the GRN allows the Unione Corse to do, but what the Admins allow the Unione Corse to do.

The [UC] in fact has few civilian characters with neutral rep to the lawfuls and zero crime history, yet we don't play them as we can't do much with them right now (like it's written down in the creation request)

edit: Also, yes, as above. Naval Bases weren't ever part of the discussion. Smuggling through military camps, yay.
