A small boy walks in with a strange animal on his shoulder the woman at the desk tries not to show her surprise at this small child with a determined expression on his face. What the woman finds more strange about this animal is that it has three arms two legs and a pair of wings. The third arm held a glowing orb in its sharp claws.
The boy looks at the strange animal and they both nod simultaneously and he places his application on the desk

Khenan Lawrence

2). Background
I was born....I'm not sure really i was raised in a gaian wild life freighter as of which I was found there when I was 5 months old all at the time my only clothing Item was wearing at the time was a name tag that simply said "Khenan" I was adopted into the owner of the ships family she was called Taniyah Lawrence. She was a woman I formed a close attachment to i also became fast friends with Zshan one of the more unique gaian animals she help in the cargo hold

Note from Khenan's Mother: Khenan suffers from a Anthrax Disease that only takes effect when he becomes separated for Zshan his loyal companion
As when he was young Zshan Bit Khenan, sadly Zshans jaws are poisonous. But for a strange reason Zshan sung a strange song witch healed the wound (partly)
Now he has random unpredictable pains,spasms and even starts coughing up blood when separated from Zshan

3). Do you understand the AFO policy of the BPA?

I understand the when I start I shall start small with non-lethal weapons unless under super vision. I will have to earn my rights as a high ranking officer
in addition policing isn't a killing sport. And making sure every one is alive is the best out come.

To serve the nation my mother serves (and to find someone else who is young and willing to help there nation like me)
