Personal History:

Born on Manhattan to average, everyday parents. Jared was determined not to settle into his parents life of mediocrity, he began his rather short journey to becoming a fighter pilot. He passed his initial tests for the Navy with average scores, but during stress training he continually froze out. Which is an obvious disadvantage.

He was offered a job as a naval technician. But he refused it. Figuring that the life wasn't for him, he signed up as a technician on a independent transport, operating in the border worlds. He quickly proved himself capable. When that job went south, after several close shaves with several pirates, he joined Deep Space Engineering.
