Bonjour,

I was assigned to lead a wing consisting of 3 Servals and my and another Lynx to escort a Vache class transport delivering Military supplies, mostly Nuclear Devices and weapons, to the fronlines, more exactly to the Battleship Embrun.
We met the transport at the planet Nevers, proceeding to Dijon in a closed formation, the way to Dijon was left behind without any problems.
The next waypoint, Battleship Beuvray was reached again without interruptions.
Two lonely Brigand fighters stopped us on our way to Bourg-en-Bresse, they were obliberated without any difficulties. Once the criminals were removed we reached the Space Port, I was not sure if those Brigand were operating as a small interuption wing, or if they were scouting the lanes for valuable cargo.

Unfortunately those two ships were scouts, our wing was attacked on the way between the Space Port and the Jumpgate to Dauphine. My sensors showed 4 Brigand and 2 Maquis vessels, which attacked us as soon as they were able to. The hostile ships fought cautious, trying not to hit and damage the transport. God knows what they would have done with the cargo. We were able to destroy 3 of the Brigand vessels and damaged one Maquis ship heavily, those losses were enough for them to retreat. But in exchange for the losses we caused, one of our own pilots lost his life after the Serval's fuel tank was damaged which caused the ships explosion. Another Serval was damaged but still able to fly and fight.

The last part of our journey was finished without interruptions and the goods reached the Embrun.

The operation was ended successful, causing a loss of 5 vessels and crippling one ship not restorable for our enemies at the expense of one of our own ships.
