If i remember correct the junker guard use lvl 9 barragers and eagle ship as a fighter. Though it doesnt seem logical to me junkers using eagle. The faction already has a collector ship which could either serve as a scrap collector and a decent fighter that would at least be enuf to guard a system. If I am wrong please somebody correct me on this one.
And for the BH guard, If i am still not remembering it wrong, they use hammerheads. Why dont they use manta for guarding their system? I havent seen manta in any of the BH npc ships yet.
