A promotion? I..I am honoured by this chance to serve Rheinland Military better then I could have before. I am thankful of this and It has been a pleasant surprise to find this after I returned from my R&R period. I will look into the Commisioning of a newer ship, but as of now, I will lead as a Captain from my Gunboat, the Kormoran. It has served me well and I do not wish to see it scraped. A Cruiser will come at a later time.
On a different note, I see many reports of our Members saying things like this:
I have searched far and wide for the paperwork saying that they have been promoted or givin permission to use such ships. A little clarification would be helpful.
And if others have received the promotions as well, I congradulate them with my full appreciation.

First off (I dunno if I already said this, but it cant hurt to say it again) Congrats on your promotion!
I've been promoted to Commander about a week ago (8 days to be exact), and have been serving Rheinland in a Gunboat since. I also Recommended Erich Hartmann for promotion (Which Jack Archer [Thanks!] seconded) to Commander, as he is excellent in a Bomber and I believe he'd do excellent in a Gunboat.
Just trying to help clairify a few things... No offences meant or bashin/flamin intended. I guess we'd need to clear up this issue if someone is flying a ship without permission.
(As far as me being on at the moment, I'm in florida and its rainin. Cant do much until it stops raining, and I JUST found out that my room at the hotel has Wireless internet [FOR FREE!!! YAY!!!]! So I might be gamin for a bit today until it stops rainin {**** weather radar cant pick up anything... said it was gonna be clear, dont ya know?})
