The picture was taken by yours truely, in the Lost Battlestar's briefing room during Bear's recent education and training as an Admin.
Hoodlum was demonstrating the finer art of crushing the testicles of OORP chatters in new york, using the potato in his hand as an example, when he inadvertently wandered into the Wireless Electricity field used to power the servers, hence his hairdo.
