Dearest Outcast allies,

Issue is, me and my boys have been having a hard time with the Armed Forces and Navy across Sirius as well as pesky Bounty hunters following us to claim our pricey head. What I am requesting to you is this. I would like permission to buy the following:

So you can see my issue, you having something I want, but I don't have something you want. But, I do have a generous wealth. If you would name a price for these pieces of equipment I will give. If you would like some cargo, I will give. If you would like to meet in person, I will do.

In-case your wondering who I will use these weapons against that may interest you, the answer is simple, Bounty Hunters, Corsairs and Miners. Those two are the ones you will actually take notice off. I look forward to hearing from you.
