My dear sir, Arbiter Jack Crow.
We are afraid we can not provide any evidence that any Junker Congress vessel we destroyed was involved in any crime.

For you see we did not destroy any Junker Congress vessel.
An internal investigation involving testimonies from the pilots blamed, as well as downloading of their flight recorders have shown no evidence what so ever of this alleged attack.

We did receive a distress cal from a Junker Congress vessel that alleged it was attacked by pirates, yes pirates.
Two pilots did go to offer their protective services, but alas the battle was long over by the time they arrived.
If this was a staged attacked to forge a reason for your Outcast allies to attack us, then we are afraid blaming pirates first and then our forces later will not work.
If this was not a staged attack, then we are sorry for your loss but still can not fathom why you would try and use it for blaming us as the vessel clearly stated that it was attacked by pirates.

We have provided evidence of your wrong doings sir, it has been forwarded to the Liberty Government for their investigative purposes.
If they deem to share it with you then that is between them and you as it is out of our hands now.
But please show the same respect and provide evidence against us before trying to slander our good name.
