I know it would be awesome, but what of the RP?

Love to see the Iowa-class ships in this, can you imagine those guns? But... I'm thinking no.

The story line of the Star Blazers is that they leave earth when theres a cry for help. So, there could be a cry for help in the Sirus sector, or, they stumbled upon the Sirius sector by mistake. Also, I *May* be creating the Star Blazers as a faction later. They'll be functioning as a Freelance Police. This would be our flagship:)But I'm not gonna ask to add a ship just so I can have a special flagship.

As far as turrets on the bottom, There isnt supposed to be. Instead, theres a special torp launcher on the bottom, and, it had missles on the bottom. (Or that can reach the bottom anyways.) Also, the original Bank on the ship was so far, so all you had to do was turn and you could fire on anyhting under ya.

But back at Bestflyerhere, I could generate an full RP story if it is ever decided to be inserted. (I have to fix the Infocards as well, they too are inaccurate... Model is good and nice, But textures on the ship and the infocards arent all that good...)

I'm gonna take that pic I posted earlier and edit it to show where all the weps would be.

EDIT: Oh, did I mention that the Argo (The ship were talkin about) was destoryed in the final season of Star Blazers? So its remains also couldve floated off to the Sirius sector and Daumann Engineering Could've patched it back together, OR They couldve made more of its style. See? Many ideas possable if ya know the storyline of Star Blazers XD I'm such a Sci-Fi junkie:wacko:

Excellent Idea! A WWII type BS in Freelancer! I have allways favored a type of design like that in this game!!!

*Edit* The only thing is that additional turrents are needed under the ship as well ...

I dunno why, but I've always been facinated with WWII Battleships:rolleyes: Also, when I saw this model on Lancers, I had to investigate this Star Blazers further, and I loved it! I just cant find the DVDs in any stores, and I cant find any torrents of them either... (Erm, If me mentioning Torrents on this site is bad, Please PM me IMMEADTLY so that it can be removed. I dont want to get Discovery in trouble...)
