// Zoners are neutral to Outcast and won't fire first on them. They typically won't make demands of them. A zoner who acts as you do is basically acting like a rogue ship, and threatens Zoner neutrality. That's something most Zoner players will heavily frown upon, and could end you up as KOS with them as well.
