As for your utterly pathetic attempts at dragging your feet over this issue, it seems the terms you've layed out in this channel are somewhat limited. The man who was chased to your base is a known criminal. I'm very certain you are aware of this. This man recently (along with multiple other pirates and assorted filth, put my gunboat out of action in an engagement in New York.
You can imagine that I'm not too happy over the fact that people who I personally allow to trade within liberty despite their somewhat wavering allegiances are perfectly ok with a wanted (remember this man's head is worth a vast amount of credits to various people) criminal bringing considerable trouble to you so-called-neutral bases.

Individuals on the known criminal registry will have their docking rights removed if they are seen to be docking on your bases by liberty lawful forces under any circumstances.
Resisting arrest is considered a crime. The evidence required for this offence will be an image of the ship in question fleeing from our forces.
I will remind you that currently I am holding the Bounty Hunters on a leash regarding their ability to hunt Junkers in Liberty (claiming bounties from non governmental contractors). This was done on the ground that the Junkers are not regarded (as a whole) as criminals. The fact you still seem to be dragging your feet over the removal of The Joker's docking rights on your stations may convince me otherwise.
