I'm aware of the danger this places the Junkers in as a whole. It's regretable, but you have to understand the choice I'm faced with. The Joker, as you so rightly say, is someone whodoesn't bat an eyelid at taking a life, or several, or a hundred. The idea of him having a refuge in Liberty isn't one I can stomach, for the safety of everyone under the Republic's rule, not just the Junkers or Navy.
We will do what we can to alleviate the strain this places on you, however any sightings you get of him have to be reported directly and immediately to the Liberty forces. They will respond as quickly as is possible. I'll forward this message to my men as well as the LSF and police. I expect The Joker will attempt to lash back against the Junkers, and that's something I'm keen on stopping from happening.
I thank you for your cooperation on this matter and I understand better than most what it entails for the junkers as a whole. I appologise for having to resort to harsh wording to get my point across, but you understand your hesistance made me consider for just a moment that you might be on the loonatic's side.
