Doc accepted the glass and sipped it's contents.
"Very good," he commented, "I will have to get some of this to bring to my estate when we're finished."

"No apologies necessary, Kanzler," he began, "I know that you are a busy man so no need to apologize."
Doc looked at his datapad, trying to keep his issues in order, making sure that he touched on the issues he wished to discuss.

"I'd like to commend the Rheinland government on it's respecting the freedom of the Zoners on Freeport 1 in the Omega 3 system. What could have been a disaster turned into mutual respect. I know that Administrator Summers has been pleased with the outcome." Doc paused a moment, "most of those injured are fully recovered. For now, Kanzler, let us put Omega 3 on the back burner for a moment."

"Zoners have found Rheinland to have a lot of what we need in the far reaches of space," he continued, "MOX for our many bases, engine components for our ships and varieties of food that we have purchased both in Stuttgart and Munich. I know that we have traded iridium and deuterium for these items. We wish to be able to continue doing that as a people. I'm sure it keeps your own trading companies free for other issues and we can traverse areas of space without the conflicts they would face."

"Kanzler," he asked, "If you are OK with this continuing, either I can continue or you may have something of me. As I said, I have much to discuss on Omega 3 and Bretonia."
