The Council, as a whole, declines your request of the use Molly facilities by Outcast military or martial forces.

While we have enjoyed good relations in the past, recently they have deteriorated due to rampant individual Outcasts disobeying our laws and damaging the Mollys as a whole.

We see little reason to allow Outcast military forces to land on our bases when you have one already in Bretonia.
If your forces are unable to reach your base in Newcastle then they are either dangerously low on supplies or being pursued by hostile forces.
The former being something the Junkers or IMG could help with, the latter resulting in your forces' termination by our forces before reaching the base.

However, the Council has not denied access by trade vessels.
The decision to allow access of non-martial vessels to Molly stations is left in the hands of those who rule those stations.

In terms of general trade and supplies, it is also the decision of the station rulers. It is doubtful that many will have problems with simple trade.


To finalise:
Outcast martial forces are denied access to Molly facilities in Bretonia.
Outcast trading forces may be permitted access to Molly facilities in Bretonia pending the decision of the facility ruler.
General trade may be permitted depending on the trade partners decision.
