Quick note regarding Court Cases

I want it noted for the record that at the time of the trial

Del and Zelot were not Admins

Tanker, Alley, and myself were not Moderators

Our status had zero impact on the outcome of that trial, and none of us are utilizing position to pursue agenda here.

However I am going to put my Moderator hat on at this point.

Moderator Notice:

Any further speculation of abuse of position, or the suggestion there of, will be removed from this thread. The offender will be notified to file a complaint with the rest of the sanction reports and to take things through proper channels.

Let us remember that simply because people have disagreements, there is no reason to attack them over other positions they fulfill serving the community, each in an exemplary manner.

I trust I have made my point, and won't be called upon to do that again.

I also trust that all of you accept that each and every Admin/Moderator is invovled in this matter in one way shape, form or fashion, and as such our standard rules about modding a thread wherein we are posting cannot and does not apply.
