That could have gone a lot better.
The HFB Night Crawler and my Crow attacked Planet California Minor today. We were soon met by a Bounty Hunter Destroyer Mercenary, and the Battleship LNS Missouri.
The Missouri's shield were nearly taken down, but the Night Crawler was overwhelmed and forced to retreat. I began my retreat, having lost a turret and my Countermeasures, however, I met someone near the Magellan Jump Gate. That someone was none other than the Traitor Holly Kay.
I was instantly engaged. I quickly removed the shields and fired a sunslayer, which nearly destroyed the fighter. However, the traitor repaired his vessel, and began spewing out mines. My shields were removed, and as the Missouri approached again, I removed the traitor's shields as well. However, with help from the local Navy patrols and so many mines that they destroyed many friendly vessels (the traitor then tractored their supplies and restored his shields), my weapons were removed. I attempted to force some of the traitor's mines into himself, and succeeded to a degree. But then the traitor scored a lucky shot, damaging my crow heavily. I was forced to retreat.
The traitorous scum won a uneven and unfair match, but he will pay. And when that day comes, whether by my own hand or by another, I will rejoice. Each day the traitor lives is an insult to the Legion.
The scum will perish, and Liberty, and all traitors, will go up in flames!
