My Weigh-in:

The original BSG suffers from 'Dead Rock Star' syndrome.

symtoms of DRS syndrome include:

Thinking that Kurt Cobain was anything more than a mediocre musician
Convinced that Jimi Hendrix changed the face of rock
The list goes on...

Please allow me to mention the truth...

BSG of the 70's was cheezy, crappy cool...but can never be confused with 'good'

The current BSG is 'GREAT'

I saw 'Transformers' & being @ an age that makes the transformers nostalgic for me now...I admit that I got a HUGE kick out of it.

I kept saying to my girlfriend through the whole thing:

"I SWEAR to GOD that yellow Camero is Bumblebee"
or
"I know concrete is inanimate, but, I still feel sorry for it."

Lastly, 'Die Hard'...

What can I say?

I haven't seen it yet, but hey...it's John McClaine. even if it sucked, it would still be pretty good:)
