Subject: Unknown Base, Pennsylvania System

On a Heavy Patrol around Penny after a report of possible hostile capitals in the system I cam across [CBL] Gas Compression Facility. At first I assumed it to be an authorised base due to how obvious its location is. However upon checking various com links I've failed to find any mention of the base what so ever. So I decided it would be best to bring it to your attention.
We passed within about 1k of the base and did a scan. We didn't attempt to dock however. I have left attached images taken from the LNS-California's scanners.
