However, I realize now that we've never dealt with the other half of the problems plaguing our beautiful Liberty.
The unlawful half.
We strike blow after blow against the Liberty Navy and the LSF, ripping out the corruption at the heart of Liberty. But we've never bothered to deal with the corruption seeping in at the edges. The multitudes of cardamine shipments flowing in from the northern Omicrons monthly. The slave trade running through Texas, which dooms hundreds of innocent Liberty citizens to life working on the plantations of Malta, or worse. We have stood by and let pirate and smugglers slip into Liberty with their contraband, defiling Liberty.

Your new standing orders are this. In addition to standard operations against the Liberty Navy, all transports carrying goods deemed contraband by Liberty Law, excluding goods grouped under the Rheinland Embargo, are to be interdicted. You are to give them one chance and one chance only to jettison their cargo and depart. If they are interdicted within Liberty, force them to depart to the borders.
If they do not comply, show them no mercy. Destory their vessel, and unless they are carrying slaves, terminate their cargo.
If the ship is carrying slaves, order them to land at the nearest neutral station to offload and free the slaves. If they do not comply, destroy the transport and safeguard the slaves until a Legion transport is dispatched to ferry the slaves to a safe port to be freed.
Additionally, if you encounter any lone independant trade ships, or ships belonging to Liberty corporations such as universal or Aeigra who are without escort, shadow them. Say nothing to the trader. Do not openly offer your services, but follow them. Protect them. If they are accosted or engaged, defend them and give them time to escape.
Be it Rogues or Outcasts, Corsairs... or Lane Hackers, do not hesitate to do what you need to do in order to save the trader.
If the trade vessel happens to be carrying contraband, however, do not offer them this protection. Interdict them as the smuggler they are.
