That is true but then you have to classify everything to do with it, all the clauses and defenses for it.

If a person rapes another inRP here, they are charged with rape.
A woman in the UK cannot be charged with rape.
Rape requires penile penetration, which a woman can't do, therefore a woman can never rape another person.

If we went on common sense, they could.

I know this is pretty irrelevant, or is it? maybe, I dunno anymore.

the FBI actually just 'redefined' rape for the purpose of criminal convictions.

Women in the United States can be charged with Rape now. U.K. should get with it.


On a more related note: I think if two parties agree to Roleplay a court case, criminal or civil, it doesn't really matter if there's 'forum written laws' to back them up.

It's roleplay, not everything needs to be laid out in writing imho.
