Add a FP in S-17?

First of all I'd like to object that GMG| is inactive. I am pretty confident the stats would show differently. We just finished a summer, which is a low activity time for all on the server, and let's not forget the activity dampening effects 4.85 has done to the Sigmas. This is changing. We've, nonetheless, managed to remain active through it.

I am in agreement with Zelot on this. The Sigmas is currently far too contentious of a place (in RP) to rebuild another FP. If FP7 were still there then it would be another matter that is similar of a situation as the FP in Bering caught in the middle of the action. But currently FP7 is a wreck and Sigmas is heading into a whirlwind of powergrabbing (none of this is hard to predict to any Sirian in the area). I doubt the Zoners would drop another FP in there before a decisive conclusion is found within the Sigmas. I'll have to even agree about the detrimental effect a sudden new "No Fire Zone" will have if erected in the area. I can imagine many situations in the future where such an NFZ would mean nothing to even your GMG friends as the engagement of enemies will be judged as a higher priority, whether in a NFZ or not. This will also further add strain to GMG and Zoner alliance because you'll find yourselves defending/harboring your allies' enemies (who are in a NFZ) from your allies right at our doorstep all in the RP of keeping Neutrality which in turn is quite possibly capable of being viewed as an act of hostility to your allies (due to not only the situation of a safe harbour but it's extremely close proximity). We already know that most Zoners honour their neutrality more then their alliances but we work around that and keep things as an econimic relation but NFZ shinnanigans in the Sigmas would initiate a terrible strain on that.
