Add a FP in S-17?

Andre, obviously you are going to ignore all of the good reasons you have gotten from a vast array of opposing sides of the question, so the discussion at this point is no longer a discussion, so let me say it this way, as a dev who does lots of dev work in that area of Sirius, I can promise you, with almost 100% certainty that there will not be a Freeport in Sigma 17 or Sigma 19.

As soon as a good reason is given, I'll address it. All I've gotten is a load of nonsense. Please let me know if I missed something in the following list.

There cannot be a Freeport in the Sigmas because:

"The Zoner/Corsair "Freeport" in Theta is too close."
So what? It's not as if Tau-29 and Baffin are lightyears away. I already posted a map showing the locations of Freeports. There are even two within the same system in one place.

"It's in the middle of everything."
Nothing happens in the Sigmas. Besides, there are even Freeports within House space.

"You can dock with the wreck."
Uhh... no. You can't.

"Kusari wants to get bigger, so we can force our lulz onto independent systems."
Kusari is too big and empty as it is. It needs to shape up its RP so it can bring more people in, not expand its zone of emptiness.

"It can't be a Juggernaut because Juggernauts are too secret to be Freeports."
Okay, it doesn't have to be. I just thought Juggernaut was a nice idea.

Any other arguments? I've addressed them all, rebutted them all, multiple times, even though most of it wasn't even worthy of comment. What's next?
