As far as who says they'll have caps, in the very first post he states a ship name that's got CV in it. I don't really need to guess.
That and, big surprise here, I've been here long enough to see at least five new Order groups come and go.
Every last one of them featured caps.
I am indeed a bomber fan. Just because I am, though, doesn't mean I like spamloads of caps to annihilate. It gets old.
I'm not saying they should all go die or anything. I just want them to fly fighters more than caps.
