It should be an ID, and that ID should bar joining any faction - it has to be a unique Freelancer ID, in essence.

Second, the ID switch can be done by admins. Setup a pinned thread somewhere, where the person who got the blue message, can post screens, just like a bounty claim.

Then admins can go in a switch the ID's.

As for cap gank - kill can only be collected by snub, and any caps who join in can be in violation of the contest.

As for snub gank - if the guy is so good as to be number 2, im sure he can handle it, Afro got ganked all the time.
